3-Night All-Inclusive Stay At Iberostar Selection Albufera Playa For Two

This reward is eligible for IHG One Rewards members residing in the following countries: Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and the United States.

Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Bid/Redeem ("the Auction") activity, Member fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these terms and conditions ("Official Rules") and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Access Platform.

The winner will receive a 3-night all-inclusive stay for two (2) adults at Iberostar Selection Albufera Playa. The stay includes a welcome room amenity, an upgrade to Star Prestige exclusive areas - such as sun terraces, a 30 minute massage service for the winner and one (1) guest, a Catamaran trip to Formentor Beach with transfer and guide service included (4 hours), early check in before 3:00 PM and late check out after 12:00 PM.

The Package will be delivered in the form of a digital voucher to the winning bidder 3-5 business days after the auction closes. The package expires June 30, 2025. The stay must be booked and completed prior to this date. Not valid for bookings from November 3, 2024 through March 22, 2025 due to seasonal closure. Stay is valid for up to two adults in one room. Room type and dates are subject to availability.

To use the IHG One Rewards Access platform and participate in any Bid/Redeem Activity, a Member must have an IHG One Rewards account that is valid and in good standing and must also have a valid password and email address associated with their account. If this information is not updated in your IHG One Rewards membership profile, you will need to update the information prior to placing any bids or redeeming points for any of the experiences and other rewards ("Access Rewards") offered through IHG One Rewards Access. 

The IHG One Rewards Access program may be administered by an IHG company or by a third-party service provider retained by IHG, and the IHG One Rewards Access website may be operated by an IHG company or a third-party service provider retained by IHG. By using the IHG One Rewards Access website and participating in any Bid Now or Redeem Now Activity, a member is agreeing to share their IHG One Rewards account/member number and their email and phone number in their IHG One Rewards account profile with IHG and any such third party service providers.

To redeem points for an Access Reward, you must have sufficient points available in your IHG One Rewards account to cover the number of points needed as published on the IHG One Rewards Access site.  Members who redeem points for an Access Reward will receive notification via email to the email address associated with their IHG One Rewards account. A member from the IHG One Rewards Access team will follow up, normally within 3 - 5 business days, via email to provide additional information.

All references on the IHG One Rewards Access site to performers and/or events are for informational purposes only, and are not intended to imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or approval of such performer or event.

A Member may not sell Access Rewards claimed or redeemed through IHG One Rewards Access, and may not re-market, resell, transfer, donate, or otherwise dispose of an Access Reward without obtaining IHG's prior written consent. Any attempted or completed sale or barter of an Access Reward or any of its components, including but not limited to flight vouchers, hotel accommodations, event tickets, gift cards, or event access, will be null and void, and the Access Reward will be forfeited without any refund of points to the Member.

All activity relating to the use of IHG One Rewards Access, including but not limited to use of the website and its features, are subject to the full IHG® One Rewards Access Terms and Conditions. Each Access Reward offered on the site may also have additional terms and conditions that apply to the specific experience, event, or other aspect of the Access Reward.

Release: By receipt of the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and each of their respective parent and affiliate companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable outside attorneys' fees) that may arise in connection with: (1) the Auction, including but not limited to any Auction -related activity or element thereof, and the entrant's entries, participation or inability to participate in the Auction, (2) the violation of any third-party privacy, personal, publicity or proprietary rights, (3)  typographical or printing errors in these Official Rules or any Auction materials , (4) personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Auction or receipt or use or misuse of any prize, (4) any change in a prize due to unavailability or due to reasons beyond Sponsor's control, including but not limited to by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not such action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened or actual terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot or any other cause beyond any of the Released Parties' control, or as otherwise permitted in these Official Rules, (5) any interruptions in or postponement, cancellation or modification of the Auction, (6) incorrect or inaccurate transcription, receipt or transmission of any part of any entry (including, without limitation, the registration information or any parts thereof), (7) any technical malfunctions or unavailability of any website or any telephone network, computer system, computer online system, mobile device, computer timing and/or dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or Internet service provider, or mail service utilized by any of the Released Parties or by an entrant,

General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Auction, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Auction, as determined by Sponsor. If, for any reason, the Auction is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to (1)  cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Auction and/or proceed with the Auction, including the selection of winner in a manner it deems fair and reasonable including the selection of the winner from among eligible entries received prior to such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension and/or (2), as necessary, to modify these Official Rules to accommodate any changes in circumstances that affect Sponsor's ability to carry out or run the Auction as planned. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Auction or, the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Auction may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.  Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of an inconsistency between these Official Rules and any disclosure or other statement contained in any Auction-related materials, including without limitation, a Auction entry form or any point-of-sale, radio, television, print, or online advertising or disclosures, these Official Rules will prevail and govern. By entering the Auction, each entrant agrees to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules

13. Release; Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Auction; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines,  network hardware or software, or any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Auction; (4) printing, typographical, technical, computer, network or human error which may occur in the administration of the Auction, the uploading, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Auction-related materials; (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Auction or receipt or use or misuse of the prize; or (6) garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/website/use net accessibility, availability or traffic congestion.  Released Parties are not responsible for any unauthorized third party use of any entry.  No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in printing, offering, announcement or administration of the Auction.
