IHG One Rewards™ Access Terms and Conditions
General
IHG One Rewards™ Access is a benefit offered exclusively to members of the IHG One Rewards™ program residing in the following countries: Australia, Canada, Egypt, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Spain, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and the United States. The IHG One Rewards program is a loyalty program offered by Six Continents Hotels, Inc. (“SCH”) and its subsidiaries and affiliates, all of which are InterContinental Hotels Group companies (collectively, “IHG® Hotels & Resorts” or “IHG”). IHG One Rewards Access is a redemption platform which allows IHG One Rewards members (“Members”) to redeem their IHG One Rewards points for unique experiences and other special Access Rewards through the IHG One Rewards Access website (the “Website”). For purposes of the IHG One Rewards Access benefit, an “Access Reward” is any item, event, experience, digital experience, or travel that is offered for “Bid Now” or “Redeem Now” on the Website. The “Bid Now” feature gives Members using the Website an opportunity to place competing bids, in the form of IHG One Rewards points, for various Access Rewards that are specifically designated for this feature. The Member with the winning bid is awarded the Access Reward upon redemption of the requisite number of points from their IHG One Rewards account. The “Redeem Now” feature allows a Member to claim an Access Reward that has a “Redeem Now” designation by directly redeeming the points needed as published on the Website. Additional details of the Bid Now and Redeem Now features are provided below in these Terms and Conditions and on the Website.
Participation in Bid/Redeem Activity
A Member’s participation in any Bid Now or Redeem Now activity (“Bid/Redeem Activity”) on the Website constitutes the Member’s acknowledgment and acceptance of these IHG One Rewards Access Terms and Conditions, and any and all terms and conditions applicable to the Access Reward that is the subject of any such Bid/Redeem Activity. IHG reserves the right to prospectively amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions or the terms of any Access Reward offer or Bid/Redeem Activity, and a Member’s continued or subsequent participation in any Bid/Redeem Activity will constitute their acceptance of any such amendment or supplementation.
To use the IHG One Rewards Access platform and participate in any Bid/Redeem Activity, a Member must have an IHG One Rewards account that is valid and in good standing at that time and must also have a valid password and email address associated with their account. If this information is not updated in the Member’s profile, the Member will need to update the information prior to seeking to place any bids or redeem points for any Access Rewards.
The IHG One Rewards Access program may be administered by an IHG company or by a third-party service provider retained by IHG (the “Program Administrator”), and the Website may also be operated by an IHG company or a third-party service provider retained by IHG (the “Website Administrator”). By using the Website and participating in any Bid/Redeem Activity, a Member is agreeing to share their IHG One Rewards account/member number and their email and phone number in their IHG One Rewards account profile with the Program Administrator and Website Administrator. IHG reserves the right to disqualify any Member who tampers with or abuses any aspect of IHG One Rewards Access or the Website, or who fails to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions, from participating in any Bid/Redeem Activity or from using the Website.
“Bid Now” and “Redeem Now” Features of the IHG One Rewards Access Platform
Only those Access Rewards approved by IHG and posted on the Website by the Program Administrator are part of IHG One Rewards Access. Individual users of the Website and third parties are not permitted to post, or attempt to post, anything on the Website or to create or attach any links, tags, or cookies to the Website without IHG’s prior express written consent.
The Website will typically include a description of the Access Rewards being offered. All references to performers and/or events are for informational purposes only, and are not intended to imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or the approval of such performer or event. Any Access Rewards that consist of multiple components are offered only as a package. Any bidding of points under the Bid Now feature (where applicable), or the redeeming of points under the Redeem Now feature (where applicable), for such an Access Reward is for the package in its entirety. The offerings are updated on the Website from time to time, without notice. Members are therefore encouraged to check the Website on a regular basis.
If an Access Reward is offered with a Redeem Now designation, a Member may seek to claim the Access Reward by clicking the Redeem Now button and following the instructions. The Member must have sufficient points available in their IHG One Rewards account to cover the number of points needed as published on the Website. There may be a limited number of a particular Access Reward and multiple Members attempting to claim the same one. As a consequence, clicking “Redeem Now”, or fulfilling any other requirements set forth on the Website, does not guarantee that a Member will receive an Access Reward. In such situations, any available Access Rewards are awarded to Members in the order they completed their submissions based on the Program Administrator’s records, which shall serve as the official governing records with respect to any time-related elements of the Redeem Now submission process specifically and IHG One Rewards Access in general.
The Bid Now feature applies only to those Access Rewards that appear on the Website with an activate Bid Now designation. In addition to a description of the Access Reward, any applicable time periods and opening bid, minimum raise, and other requirements associated with the bidding process for the specific Access Reward can normally be found on the Website. As noted above, the Program Administrator’s records shall serve as the official governing timekeeping records for all aspects of IHG One Rewards Access, and this is also true with respect to any time periods or other time-related aspects of the Bid Now bidding process.
Members cannot bid an amount lower than the opening bid requirement, if there is one, and cannot raise their bid by an amount that is less than the minimum bid raise requirement, if one is specified. For each bid, to be considered a valid bid, the Member must have a sufficient number of points available in their IHG One Rewards account, at the time they place their bid, to cover the full amount of the bid. The Program Administrator may disqualify any bid that is considered invalid.
As a result, a Member should ensure they have the needed number of points in their account before placing a bid. If necessary, a Member can purchase points, or transfer points from another IHG One Rewards account, in order to add points to their account. Please note the there is a limit to the amount of points a Member can purchase or transfer in a calendar year as stated in the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, and purchasing or transferring points can take up to 72 hours for points to become available.
The winner of each Access Reward subject to Bid Now will be determined by the Program Administrator based on the highest bid received as of the close of the bidding for that Access Reward. All submitted bids are final. No changes will be allowed or made for a bid that has been submitted. In the event that two or more Members each bid an equal number of points as their maximum bid for the same Access Reward listing, and no other Member has submitted a higher bid, the bid submitted first will be considered the winning bid. Once the winner of a Bid Now Access Reward is determined, that Member will receive notification of the winning bid via email.
When a Member has been identified as the recipient of an Access Reward, whether through Bid Now or Redeem Now, the points to be redeemed for the Access Reward will be deducted automatically from the Member’s IHG One Rewards account. In order to receive the Access Reward, the Member must have the required number of points in their IHG One Rewards account at time when the points are to be deducted. If the points have not been properly debited from the Member’s account for any reason, the points can be debited from the account at any time. No refunds on winning Bid Now bids or Redeem Now redemptions are permitted. In the unlikely event the transaction reaches the stage where points are to be deducted without sufficient points in the Member’s account, a representative of the IHG One Rewards Access team will be in contact with the Member to address the deficiency or cancel the transaction.
All components contained as part of an Access Reward, including but not limited to gift cards, tours and tickets to local attractions, are final and cannot be exchanged for other rewards or benefits. Merchandise included as part of an Access Reward may only be shipped to a valid street address; no P.O. box delivery is permitted. Merchandise may not be returned or exchanged unless proven to be damaged or defective; any damaged or defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Any stays included as part of an Access Reward are not eligible for stay, night or point credit towards IHG One Rewards Elite status tier qualification or in connection with any IHG One Rewards or other IHG promotion.
All Members engaging in any Bid/Redeem Activity, or claiming an Access Reward through Bid Now or Redeem Now, must comply with all terms and conditions applicable to the relevant Access Reward, as well as these Terms and Conditions and the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions.
A Member may not sell Access Rewards claimed or redeemed through IHG One Rewards Access, and may not re-market, resell, transfer, donate, or otherwise dispose of an Access Reward without obtaining IHG’s prior written consent. Any attempted or completed sale or barter of an Access Reward or any of its components, including but not limited to flight vouchers, hotel accommodations, event tickets, gift cards, or event access, will be null and void, and the Access Reward will be forfeited without any refund of points to the Member. In addition, should a Member be found in violation of these Terms and Conditions or the IHG One Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions, IHG may, in its sole discretion, suspend or cancel the Member’s membership in IHG One Rewards at any time with immediate effect and without written notice, unless prohibited by applicable law.
The Program Administrator reserves the right to correct any typographical errors, including the description, opening bid amounts, or other specifications, and to make changes, corrections, or improvements to any Access Reward posted on the Website, at any time without notice. The Program Administrator also reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any Access Reward if it determines such action is warranted under the circumstances. In the event an Access Reward is canceled after points have been deducted from a Member’s account, the points will be returned, and the Member shall not be entitled to any additional points, reimbursement, or reparations of any kind.
By participating in any Bid/Redeem Activity through IHG One Rewards Access, Members agree and acknowledge that: (i) Separate terms and conditions may apply to individual Access Rewards and in some cases to there may be different terms and conditions that apply to the various components of the Access Reward; (ii) All Access Rewards are offered 'as is' without warranties of any kind, unless expressly stated in the individual listing description; (iii) Availability of all components of an Access Reward are subject to change, and if any component becomes unavailable for any reason, IHG reserves the right, at its discretion, to substitute a similar experience or item or to partially or fully refund points to the Member; and (iv) If the performance of any service or obligation of IHG, the Program Administrator, or any service provider making an item or experience available through IHG One Rewards Access, including any live experience, is prevented, delayed, restricted or interfered with by events or causes beyond their control, IHG, the Program Administrator, and the applicable service provider will not be liable in any way for the performance affected by such events or causes, and the Member agrees that if any of these prevent their participation in a live experience, IHG, the Program Administrator, and the applicable service provider are not obligated to provide or recreate such live experience, and IHG reserves the right, at its discretion, to substitute a similar experience or to partially or fully refund points to the Member.
Third Party Partners and Suppliers
By accepting an Access Reward that, in whole or in part, includes components being offered and/or supplied by a third-party partner or supplier, the Member is entering into an agreement with the relevant partner or supplier (and not with IHG, the Program Administrator or the Website Administrator) with respect to such components being furnished or fulfilled. Members expressly acknowledge and agree that such third party partners and suppliers are independent contractors and not employees or agents of IHG, the Program Administrator, the Website Administrator, or IHG One Rewards, and IHG, the Program Administrator, and the Website Administrator are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, or negligence of the partners or suppliers and shall not be responsible for or liable to Members in connection with any restrictions, qualifications or other terms and conditions imposed by the partner or supplier on any component of any Access Reward.
Additionally, as far as permissible by applicable law, IHG, the Program Administrator, and the Website Administrator hereby disclaims any liability, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, including without limitation liability for any direct, punitive, special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages, in connection with the Access Rewards provided by any third party partner or supplier through IHG One Rewards Access or arising out of any act, error, omission, wrongdoing, breach, injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity that may be incurred through the fault, negligence or otherwise, of such partner or supplier, and by participating in any Bid/Redeem Activity, a Member hereby expressly exonerates IHG, the Program Administrator, the Website Administrator, and the IHG One Rewards program from any liability with respect to the same.
Communications
By participating in IHG One Rewards Access, a Member agrees to receive notifications about IHG One Rewards Access, and in connection with any Bid/Redeem Activity, via email or phone using the email address and phone number included in the Member’s IHG One Rewards profile. In addition, a Member also agrees to such contact information being shared with third party partners, suppliers, and/or service providers for purposes of fulfillment for Access Rewards. The Member further agrees to being contacted by IHG or the Program Administrator (or a third-party service provider on behalf of IHG or the Program Administrator) via email or phone to review, and in some cases document, their experience and participation with any Access Reward they have claimed or won using the IHG One Rewards Access platform.
In accepting an Access Reward through IHG One Rewards Access, Members also agree to grant IHG the unrestricted right and permission to have photographs taken of themselves and their guests in connection with an Access Rewards experience and to use their names, photographs, images, voice, likenesses, and any comments arising out of the experience, in whole or in part, to use, edit, present, transmit, and display, without restriction, in connection with IHG’s business operations, marketing, and promotions, in all forms and media now known or hereafter developed, without any payment of compensation or royalties.

Trademarks
The trademarks, logos and service marks (“Marks”) displayed on the Website are the property of the owners of the respective Marks, which may be an IHG company or a third-party partner, supplier, or service provider. The use of any Marks for any purpose without the prior written consent of IHG and the owner of such Mark(s) is prohibited. All information and content, including any software programs available on or through the Website, is protected by copyright. Modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works from, or using any information or content available on or through the Website for commercial or public purposes is prohibited.
Disclaimer
IHG, the Program Administrator, and the Website Administrator and their respective affiliates are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, computer or technical failures, lost, incorrect or inaccurate information, or other error of any kind, in connection with any Bid/Redeem Activity or use of the Website, whether attributable to human, mechanical, or electronic causes.
IHG, the Program Administrator, the Website Administrator, and anyone else involved in creating, producing or delivering IHG One Rewards Access or any Access Reward, or any component item, experience or service related to any Access Reward, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages arising out of any use of the IHG One Rewards Access Website, any content posted to or linked from the Website, or any Access Rewards, or the inability to use the Website or to participate in IHG One Rewards Access or any Bid/Redeem Activity, or to claim, use or experience any aspect of any Access Reward.
Indemnification and Non-Waiver
Each Member using the Website or engaging in any Bid/Redeem Activity also agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold IHG, the Program Administrator, the Website Administrator, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third-party relating to or arising out of (i) the Member’s breach, or alleged breach, of these Terms and Conditions or the terms and conditions applicable to any component of any Access Reward received or claimed by the Member or (ii) the Member’s violation of any law or regulation or rights of a third party.
Any failure by IHG, the Program Administrator, the Website Administrator, or any other indemnified party to act with respect to any actual, threatened, or potential breach by a Member or others does not waive any right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
Governing Law
Any disputes arising out of or related to IHG One Rewards Access, the Website, or any aspect of any Access Reward shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
