Request for preferred event must be sent via e-mail a minimum of 48 hours before the desired event start time. There is a limited number of tickets available for each event, winner will be notified by Adelaide Fringe if their first or second preference is not available. Delivery details: Once redeemed the winner will be sent a private link with the full event listings including dates, times, detailed descriptions, images and access details. Instructions to redeem your ticket will be top of this page, the ticket will be supplied to the winner as an e-ticket via the e-mail address provided.

Winner info required: Winners will be required to e-mail the address in the link with their two preferred events. They will need to provide their Full Name, IHG Member number, postcode and e-mail address.

To use the IHG One Rewards Access platform and participate in any Bid/Redeem Activity, a Member must have an IHG One Rewards account that is valid and in good standing and must also have a valid password and email address associated with their account. If this information is not updated in your IHG One Rewards membership profile, you will need to update the information prior to placing any bids or redeeming points for any of the experiences and other rewards ("Access Rewards") offered through IHG One Rewards Access.

The IHG One Rewards Access program may be administered by an IHG company or by a third-party service provider retained by IHG, and the IHG One Rewards Access website may be operated by an IHG company or a third-party service provider retained by IHG. By using the IHG One Rewards Access website and participating in any Bid Now or Redeem Now Activity, a member is agreeing to share their IHG One Rewards account/member number and their email and phone number in their IHG One Rewards account profile with IHG and any such third part service providers.

To redeem points for an Access Reward using redeem Now, you must have sufficient points available in your IHG One Rewards account to cover the number of points needed as published on the IHG One Rewards Access site. Members who redeem points for a Redeem Now Access Reward will receive notification via email to the email address associated with their IHG One Rewards account. A member from the IHG One Rewards Access team will follow up, normally within 3-5 business days, via email to provide additional information.
