Package-Specific Terms & Conditions

This auction item package shall include one (1) set of the Kimpton x Anthropologie Accessories Collection and a one-night stay at any Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants hotel (collectively, the "Auction Item"). Items in the Kimpton Forgot It? We've Got It! Anthropologie Accessories Collection include one (1) Faux Leather Twist Handle Satchel; one (1) Buckle Shoulder Bag; one (1) Woven Leather Shoulder Bag; one (1) The Blake Belt in Medium or Large size; one (1) Resin Square Chain Belt in XS/S or M/L size; one (1) I-SEA Rosey Polarized Sunglasses; one (1) Tinted Aviator Sunglasses; one (1) Geometric Sunglasses.

This reward is eligible for IHG One Rewards members ("Members" or "Member") residing in the United States.

Limit one (1) package per Member. The recipient Member ("Recipient") for this Auction Item must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age of majority in Recipient's jurisdiction of residence.

Kimpton Forgot It? We've Got It! Anthropologie Accessories Collection may not be returned or exchanged to Anthropologie stores for cash or merchandise credit.

One-night stay at a Kimpton Hotel & Restaurants hotel must be redeemed by December 31, 2023. The stay is inclusive of room and tax only.

Recipient will be responsible for their own costs and expenses associated with the acceptance or use of the Auction Item that are not specifically included in the Auction Item, including, but not limited to, message and data rates related to acceptance of the Auction Item or any part of the Auction Item; transportation/transfers to and from their residence, airport, and hotel; any taxes, duties, fees, or other charges imposed by airlines, hotels, governmental bodies, or any other person or entity; food; gratuities; luggage fees; personal conveniences and expenses; and insurance.

Neither Six Continents Hotels, Inc. nor its related companies, nor the promotion entities (Anthropologie), nor any other entity connected with this Auction Item will be responsible for any costs (including, without limitation, any federal, state or local taxes) that Recipient may incur in connection with this Auction Item. Recipient, solely, will be responsible for such costs.

General Platform Terms & Conditions

To use the IHG One Rewards Access platform and participate in any Bid/Redeem Activity, a Member must have an IHG One Rewards account that is valid and in good standing and must also have a valid password and email address associated with their account. If this information is not updated in your IHG One Rewards membership profile, you will need to update the information prior to placing any bids or redeeming points for any of the experiences and other rewards ("Access Rewards") offered through IHG One Rewards Access.

The IHG One Rewards Access program may be administered by an IHG company or by a third-party service provider retained by IHG, and the IHG One Rewards Access website may be operated by an IHG company or a third-party service provider retained by IHG. By using the IHG One Rewards Access website and participating in any Bid Now or Redeem Now Activity, a member is agreeing to share their IHG One Rewards account/member number and their email and phone number in their IHG One Rewards account profile with IHG and any such third party service providers.

To redeem points for an Access Reward, you must have sufficient points available in your IHG One Rewards account to cover the number of points needed as published on the IHG One Rewards Access site.  Members who redeem points for an Access Reward will receive notification via email to the email address associated with their IHG One Rewards account. A member from the IHG One Rewards Access team will follow up, normally within 3 - 5 business days, via email to provide additional information.

All references on the IHG One Rewards Access site to performers and/or events are for informational purposes only, and are not intended to imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or approval of such performer or event.

A Member may not sell Access Rewards claimed or redeemed through IHG One Rewards Access, and may not re-market, resell, transfer, donate, or otherwise dispose of an Access Reward without obtaining IHG's prior written consent. Any attempted or completed sale or barter of an Access Reward or any of its components, including but not limited to flight vouchers, hotel accommodations, event tickets, gift cards, or event access, will be null and void, and the Access Reward will be forfeited without any refund of points to the Member.

All activity relating to the use of IHG One Rewards Access, including but not limited to use of the website and its features, are subject to the full IHG® One Rewards Access Terms and Conditions. Each Access Reward offered on the site may also have additional terms and conditions that apply to the specific experience, event, or other aspect of the Access Reward.
