Tickets won on IHG One Rewards Access may be delivered as physical or electronic (digital) tickets. Physical tickets will be retrieved upon arrival to the venue at "Will Call" and digital tickets may be delivered via email or mobile app. Exact seat ticket location to be determined by IHG Hotels & Resorts and Atlanta United FC in their sole discretion. Gift card(s) are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. ​

To use the IHG One Rewards Access platform and participate in any Bid/Redeem Activity, a member must have an IHG One Rewards account that is valid and in good standing and must also have a valid password and email address associated with their account. If this information is not updated in your IHG One Rewards membership profile, you will need to update the information prior to placing any bids or redeeming points for any of the experiences and other rewards ("Access Rewards") offered through IHG One Rewards Access.     ​​

The IHG One Rewards Access program may be administered by an IHG company or by a third-party service provider retained by IHG, and the IHG One Rewards Access website may be operated by an IHG company, or a third-party service provider retained by IHG. By using the IHG One Rewards Access website and participating in any Bid Now or Redeem Now Activity, a member is agreeing to share their IHG One Rewards account/member number and their email and phone number in their IHG One Rewards account profile with IHG and any such third-party service providers.   ​​

For each bid you place for an Access Reward using Bid Now, you must have a sufficient number of points available in your IHG One Rewards account at the time the bid is placed to cover the full amount of the bid.  Once determined, the winner of the Access Reward will receive notification of their winning bid via email to the email address associated with their IHG One Rewards account. A member from the IHG One Rewards Access team will follow up, normally within 3 - 5 business days, via email to provide additional information.    ​​
