Explore the marine ecosystem of the Hawkesbury River, where Broken Bay Pearl Farm grows world-class Akoya pearls. You'll cruise out to a pearl oyster lease, where you'll witness a live harvest. Then, you'll participate in a grading session and discover the virtues of Australian pearls. You'll also slurp freshly shucked oysters, complemented by bright sparkling wine, and select an exquisite Akoya pearl and a raw South Sea or Akoya pearl shell as a souvenir. This experience is suited for 2 to 4 people. For any additional pax (up to a max of 12 pax), it will be chargeable at $100 per pax.
