Full Terms and Conditions
"Experience" refers to Taste Club - Farzi Café experience taking place at 18:30 GMT on 31 October 2024 at Farzi Café, 8 Haymarket, London SW1Y 4BP (the "Venue")

1. Available globally to purchasing Mastercard cardholders aged 18+ only, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Event Organizer, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this Experience.
2. To book this experience you must either: (a) book via priceless.com; or (b) access this experience by logging into the app of your participating bank, if the experience has been made available to you in this way and pay using your Mastercard card.
3. This Experience is fulfilled by International Management Group (UK) Limited ("Taste of London"), Company Number: 00946580, having its registered office at Building 6, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 5HR ("Event Organiser").
4. The Experience is available to book until the earlier of: a) 23:59 BST on 28 October 2024 or; b) until all Packages are sold (the "Promotional Period").
5. The Experience consists of the following for each Package (2x Tickets):
    • Exclusive 3-course Diwali menu and cocktail pairing
    • Complimentary welcome cocktail
6. There are 25 Packages (2x Tickets per package) for this event. A maximum of 4 Packages can be purchased per cardholder. Packages are provided, on a first come, first served basis.
7. To book the Experience, cardholders should purchase Package(s) using their Mastercard card at £190 (incl. VAT) per Package, to the Experience, by visiting the United Kingdom section of the priceless.com website during the Promotional Period and clicking "Add to cart".
8. Experience is for personal use only, is non-transferable, and may not be resold, restreamed, republished or used by you for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any resale or attempt to resell, restream or republish the experience by you is strictly prohibited and will be a breach of these terms and, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to us, may result in your experience and/or your Priceless account registration being cancelled without prior notice or liability to you.
9. All Experiences are non-refundable. No refunds are applicable if a cardholder cancels their experience booking after they have purchased the experience. There is no cash or other alternative for the Experience in whole or in part. If any elements of the Experience are cancelled for reasons outside of the Mastercard's control or for reasons of health and safety, none of the Experience elements will be redeemable.
10. Upon booking, cardholders will receive email communications from Mastercard confirming your order and details of the Experience.

12. Mastercard may, through its agency The Big Group Limited, share your or the recipient's name, phone number, name of the recipient, any dietary requirements and email address provided (the "Personal Information") by you, with The Event Organiser and Venue solely for the purpose of this experience. The Event Organiser acts as an independent controller for any personal information they collect to provide additional services to you outside of the Experience. 13. Experience is subject to the rules, requirements and fees set by the Event Organiser and/or the Venue, as applicable and as communicated to attendees from time to time.
14. Experience Specific Terms
    a. The experience can be purchased for participants below 18 years of age. All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
    b. The Event Organiser and/or the Venue may warn or remove any person that they deem unfit to continue the Experience including those displaying disorderly conduct or drunkenness.
    c. The Venue management may ask for proof of ID before serving alcohol, at the event if you look under the age of 25 (or any other applicable age per the jurisdiction). Failure to present valid ID may result in the refusal of alcoholic beverages being served or being offered a modified version of the Experience (e.g. not receiving a beverage or being offered a non-alcoholic alternative.
    d. Please note that the menu is seasonal, and some products may change due to availability. Any dietary requirements are to be supplied upon booking directly to the Venue. The Venue may not be able to cater for all dietary requirements.
15. You specifically acknowledge that certain communicable diseases are extremely contagious, and that there is an inherent risk of exposure in any place where people are or have been present, including the Experience, and agree that your release of liability of Mastercard set forth herein extends to any liability of Mastercard for any injury or other consequences that may arise out of exposure to communicable diseases including, but not limited to, being subject to any quarantine requirements, illness, disability, other short-term and long-term health effects, and/or death, regardless of age or health condition.
16. Mastercard does not control responses provided by fellow attendees or any third-party host or presenter of an
    experience, and statements made by any such parties, including without limitation, brand ambassadors and celebrities, may not reflect the views of Mastercard. In addition, Mastercard does not endorse and is not making any recommendation regarding any products, services or other material that may be presented or described by any such third party during the experience. Mastercard assumes no guarantee or liability in respect of the experience.
17. Mastercard reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify, reschedule or change this Experience or any aspect of it, if, at its sole discretion, the Experience is not capable of being conducted as specified. This will apply in any of, but is not limited to, the following circumstances: force majeure events, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Mastercard.
18. This promotion is available to Mastercard cardholders globally but redeemable at the Venue only. This promotion is not valid in, or for Mastercard cardholders in, countries where the platform is unavailable and anywhere else where it may be prohibited by law.
19. The legal interpretation of the Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
