"Experience" refers "Windmill Lane Recording Studio Concert Experience May 2025" taking place at 7pm on Thursday 29th May 2025 at Windmill Lane Recording Studios, 20 Ringsend Road, Dublin 4, D04 CF66, Ireland (the "Venue").
1. Available in Republic of Ireland to purchasing Mastercard cardholders aged 18+ only, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Event Organizer, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this Experience.
2. To book this experience you must either: (a) book via priceless.com; or (b) access this experience by logging into the app of your participating bank, if the experience has been made available to you in this way and pay using your Mastercard card.
3. This Experience is fulfilled by Windmill Lane Recording Experience Tours Ltd Company Number 652923 having its registered office at 20 Ringsend Road, Dublin 4, D04 CF66, Ireland. ("Event Organiser")
4. The Experience is available to book until the earlier of: a) 12pm on Monday 26th May 2025 or; b) until all tickets are sold (the "Promotional Period").
5. The Experience consists of the following for each ticket:

• Tour of the studios and talk on the history
• 30 minute concert from renowned Irish musician
• Refreshments including tea, coffee, water and prosecco
• Sign the graffiti wall

6. There are 80 Tickets for this event and up to 80 tickets can be purchased per transaction. Tickets are provided, on a first come, first served basis.
7. To book the Experience, cardholders should purchase a ticket using their Mastercard card at €30 (incl. VAT) and a €0 transaction fee, to the Experience, by visiting the Ireland section of the priceless.com website during the Promotional Period and clicking "Book here".
8. Experience is for personal use only, is non-transferable, and may not be resold, restreamed, republished or used by you for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any resale or attempt to resell, restream or republish the experience by you is strictly prohibited and will be a breach of these terms and, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to us, may result in your experience and/or your Priceless account registration being cancelled without prior notice or liability to you.
9. All Experiences are non-refundable. There is no cash or other alternative for the Experience in whole or in part. If any elements of the Experience are cancelled for reasons outside of the Mastercard's control or for reasons of health and safety, none of the Experience elements will be redeemable.
10. Upon booking, cardholders will receive email communications from MASTERCARD with details of their Experience and their e-tickets.
11. Mastercard processes your booking details as described in Mastercard's Priceless Global Privacy Notice. The Event Organiser acts as an independent controller for any personal information they collect to provide additional services to you. 12. Experience is subject to the rules, Terms and Conditions and fees set by the Event Organiser and/or the Venue, as applicable. Full ticketing T&Cs can be requested by emailing studios@windmilllanerecording.com.
13. Experience Specific Terms
a. The experience can be purchased for participants below 18 years of age. All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum age is 12 years.
b. Experiences where alcohol is available.
i. The Event Organiser and the Venue's management, reserve the right to remove any participants in the Experience who are not acting in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the tickets, .
ii. The Event Organiser and/or the Venue may warn or remove any person that they deem unfit to continue the Experience including those displaying disorderly conduct or drunkenness.
iii. The Venue management may ask for proof of ID before serving alcohol, at the event if you look under the age of 25 (or any other applicable age per the jurisdiction). Failure to present valid ID may result in the refusal of alcoholic beverages being served or being offered a modified version of the Experience (e.g. not receiving a beverage or being offered a non-alcoholic alternative. .
c. Theatre or Time sensitive Experiences
i. If you arrive late, then you will have to wait until a convenient break or interval before you can take your seat or join the Experience.
14. You specifically acknowledge that certain communicable diseases are extremely contagious, and that there is an inherent risk of exposure in any place where people are or have been present, including the Experience, and agree that your release of liability of Mastercard set forth herein extends to any liability of Mastercard for any injury or other consequences that may arise out of exposure to communicable diseases including, but not limited to, being subject to any quarantine requirements, illness, disability, other short-term and long-term health effects, and/or death, regardless of age or health condition.
15. Mastercard does not control responses provided by fellow attendees or any third-party host or presenter of an
experience, and statements made by any such parties, including without limitation, brand ambassadors and celebrities, may not reflect the views of Mastercard. In addition, Mastercard does not endorse and is not making any recommendation regarding any products, services or other material that may be presented or described by any such third party during the experience. Mastercard assumes no guarantee or liability in respect of the experience.
16. Mastercard reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify, reschedule or change this Experience or any aspect of it, if, at its sole discretion, the Experience is not capable of being conducted as specified. This will apply in any of, but is not limited to, the following circumstances: force majeure events, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Mastercard.
17. This promotion is available to Mastercard cardholders globally. This promotion is not valid in, or for Mastercard cardholders in, countries where the platform is unavailable and anywhere else where it may be prohibited by law.
18. The legal interpretation of the Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
