On May 31st and July 5th, 2025, treat your body to an exceptional yoga experience within the prestigious Palais Garnier, the world's most famous Opéra. Join us for a 55-minute fluid and dynamic class open to all levels, to work on flexibility and strengthen muscles. The class will be led by a talented instructor in the Rotonde du Glacier. This magnificent space will be presented to you before the yoga class. It is adorned with a ceiling painted by the artist Georges Jules Victor Clairin and was originally dedicated to spectators who enjoyed refreshments during intermissions. The eight Gobelins tapestries arranged between the windows depict various beverages that could be ordered: coffee, tea, wine, as well as fishing and hunting.
