Event: UEFA Champions League Final 2025 to be held at Fußball Arena (Allianz stadium) on Saturday 31 May 2025.

Promoter: Mastercard Europe SA, Chaussée de Tervuren 198A, B-1410, Waterloo, Belgium
1. Available to Mastercard cardholders, globally, aged 18+ only. Experiences can be gifted, if the purchasing cardholder wants to gift the Package to another person/group, then the main recipient should be aged 18 or over, with their guest being 18 or over. The venue may ask for proof of ID at the Event. Failure to present valid ID may result in you being removed from the Event and you will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Available to book from 11:00am CET Wednesday 16 April 2025 until 1:00pm CET on Wednesday 23 April 2025, or until all Packages are sold out, whichever is first.
3. Experience will take place from Friday 30 May to Monday 2 June 2025.
4. There are three (3) Packages available. Each Package is for 2 persons (with the main ticket holder being aged 18+ and their guest being aged 18+ on the date of the Event) and includes the following:
• 3 x nights accommodation (one room, double occupancy) from Friday 30 May to Monday 2 June 2025 at a 4* hotel in Munich, chosen by the Promoter
• 2 x Cat 1 tickets to the UEFA Champions League Final match on Saturday 31 May 2025 at Fußball Arena (Allianz stadium)
• 1x welcome dinner and 1x farewell dinner at restaurants chosen by the Promoter
• Return group transfers to/from Munich airport or train station to the hotel
• Transfers to/from the hotel to Fußball Arena (Allianz stadium) for the match
• 1 x gift bag for both the package holder and their guest
• 1x guided sightseeing tour
5. Each Package costs €6,000.
6. All additional incidentals not mentioned above, will need to be covered by the attendees.
7. Packages are available on a first come, first serve basis. The packages will be part of a group experience with other Mastercard cardholders and/or prize winners.
8. Maximum 1x Package may be purchased per cardholder.
9. Each Package requires 100% payment on booking to confirm the booking. Package is non-refundable (unless otherwise stated herein) and subject to applicable taxes (for paid experiences). 10. To book this experience, you must first register as a priceless.com user, unless you are making the booking through your issuer's banking application if they have made this option available to you. Upon booking, Mastercard will share any necessary booking information with the event organiser and with the Venue. If you share information about any other attendees or people you want to gift this experience to, when you book this experience, you must first share this privacy information with them and refrain from sharing any of their information if they object.
11. Government travel restrictions may apply. We recommend that you check these prior to booking and traveling. Mastercard will not be liable for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained from taking part in an experience or not being able to take part in an experience due to any rules or restrictions.
12. Flights or train tickets are not included in these Packages.
13. Packages are personal to the attendees and the sale or offering for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange of any tickets and/or part of any of the Packages is strictly prohibited (including, without limitation, in person or online via an online auction website or online ticket resale marketplace). Mastercard reserves the right to cancel tickets and withdraw or make void any and all Package elements if this term is not complied with.
14. All travel, accommodation and other products and services provided within the Packages will be provided subject to the Terms and Conditions of each such provider. Neither the Promoter nor their agents will have any liability in relation thereto, and any dispute arising from travel, accommodation or services must be taken up with such providers.
15. Attendees acknowledge and agree that they are subject to the terms and conditions of the tickets, presented by UEFA from time to time ("Ticket Terms and Conditions") and the terms and conditions of the venue ("Venue Terms and Conditions"). The Ticket Terms and Conditions and the Venue Terms and Conditions are subject to change from time to time and may include the requirement for ticket holders to present valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) and/or other forms of identification (such as a debit or credit card) upon entry to the Event to ensure that the ticket holder is the same as the person named on their ticket.
16. Failure to comply with any of the Ticket Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the Event. The Venue reserves the right to remove any person or refuse any person entry the Venue regardless of whether they have a valid ticket. If a ticket is declared void or if a ticket holder is refused admission or removed from the Event because of a breach of the Ticket Terms and Conditions or breach of the Venue Terms and Conditions, no money shall be refunded.
17. The Event Organiser reserves the right to remove any attendee who is not acting in adherence with stadium regulations.
18. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to the event to any person regardless if they have a valid ticket.
19. Mastercard and its agents do not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by purchasing a Package. Insofar as is permitted by law, Mastercard is not liable or responsible for any injury, loss or damage to persons or property arising from or caused by the weather, acts of God, war, accident, pandemic or epidemic and any related government action or any other government restrictions or regulations, or from an act or omission of any individual or condition beyond its control. If delivery of any of the Package elements is delayed or is not able to be delivered, Attendees will be notified by Mastercard as soon as possible.
20. Mastercard reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify, reschedule or change the Package or any aspect of it, if the Package is not capable of being conducted as specified. This will apply in any of, but is not limited to, the following circumstances: force majeure events, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of Mastercard. You will be informed of any changes to the experience by Mastercard.
