Grace & Thorn Terms and Conditions

1. Available globally to 18+ Mastercard cardholders only. Experiences can however be gifted. All participants must be aged 18+.Guests who look under the age of 25 may be asked to present valid photo ID (driving license / passport). If you are gifting this experience, then the responsibility of taking consent for processing of personal data of the other party entitled to the gift, lies with the cardholder.
2. To book this experience cardholders must either: (a) sign into their priceless.com account; (b) register for a priceless.com account; or (c) access this experience by logging into the app of their participating bank, if the experience has been made available to them in this way.
3. Available to book from the date published on the priceless.com website until the earlier of: a) 23:59 GMT on Tuesday 5 December 2023; and/ or b) until all tickets are sold out.
4. The experience will take place at Grace & Thorn, Studio 1, 5 Mentmore Terrace, E8 3PN (the "Venue"), from 14:00 GMT on Saturday 9 December 2023 and is limited to 14 tickets.
5. Each ticket costs £100 and requires a 100% payment to confirm the booking.
6. Each ticket consists of a 2-hour interactive wreath making experience for one person, plus one glass of Bollinger champagne. Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis. Maximum of 4 tickets per cardholder.
7. Once booked, tickets are not refundable. Latecomers will not be guaranteed the full experience. Places can be transferred to another person, if done so by 14:00 GMT on Wednesday 6 December 2023. For further information, please contact: pricelessemails@biggroup.co.uk.
8. Upon booking, Big Group will share your or the recipient's (if you are gifting the experience) name, phone number and email address (the "Personal Information") provided by you, with Grace & Thorn, solely for the purpose of this experience. 9. In the context of this event, Mastercard will process the Personal Information you have already provided when you registered for your priceless.com account or the personal information Mastercard may have asked you to input into your priceless.com account, or the Personal Information you inputted via the app of your participating bank. When the experience is gifted, the burden of the recipient's approval on sharing their Personal Information with Mastercard lies with you. 10. Grace & Thorn will get in touch with you directly 48 hours ahead of Saturday 9 December, via email or phone, to provide you with further details regarding the experience. 11. Grace & Thorn reserve the right to warn and finally remove any person that they deem unfit to continue the event including those displaying disorderly conduct or drunkenness.
12. Mastercard is not liable or responsible for any injury, loss or damage to persons or property arising from or caused by the weather, acts of God, war, accident, government restrictions or regulations, from an act or omission of any individual, traffic, road conditions, mechanical problems or any other cause or condition beyond its control.
13. Mastercard reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify, reschedule, or change this experience or any aspect of it, if the event is not capable of being conducted as specified. This will apply in any of, but is not limited to, the following circumstances: force majeure events, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of Mastercard. You will be informed of any changes to the experience by Mastercard or Grace & Thorn as soon as possible.
14. Mastercard does not control responses provided by fellow participants or any third-party host of an experience, and statements made by any such parties, may not reflect the views of Mastercard. In addition, Mastercard does not endorse and is not making any recommendation regarding any products, services or other material that may be presented or described by any such third party during the experience. Mastercard assumes no guarantee or liability in respect of the experience.
