9.    Mastercard reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify, reschedule, or change this experience or any aspect of it, if, at its sole discretion, the experience is not capable of being conducted as specified or is not advisable under the circumstances. This will apply in any of, but is not limited to, the following circumstances: force majeure events, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Mastercard or experience provider. 
10.    If the experience is canceled, any amounts already paid by you will be fully reimbursed or the experience will be rescheduled, at Mastercard's discretion. Tickets may not be resold and are subject to Terms and Conditions thereon. Any individual reselling this ticket by any method is subject to loss of ticket privileges. Substitutions, cash redemptions, returns, and exchanges are not permitted. 
11.    By participating, individuals agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and that Mastercard and Chelsea Film Festival, experience provider and their designees and assigns and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or death to you or any other person (including any guests), including, without limitation, damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or participation in this experience.
