You'll start at the Bracenet facility, where you'll learn about the company's mission before making a colourful bracelet for yourself. Then head to CinemaxX Hamburg for a stop on the International OCEAN Film Tour Vol. 11 where you'll view a collection of short features on marine conservation and water adventures. This experience is solely presented to you by Mastercard. When booking the experience, a business relationship is exclusively established directly with the named partner. Mastercard therefore assumes no warranty/liability.
Mastercard will - if necessary - forward the personal data provided by the user (first name, last name and e-mail address) to the respective partner for the purpose of implementing the experience.
This experience is exclusively valid for Mastercard cardholders during the promotion period, subject to availability.
You will receive the rest of the information you need to redeem the experience when you have successfully registered or logged in (see navigation bar above).
The participants are obliged to keep the access data secret and not to forward it to a third party. Reselling and/or transferring of the experience is strictly prohibited.
Travel to and from the meeting point is at your own risk and expense.
For the purposes of the "Priceless.com" campaign, Mastercard intends to have image and video recordings made during this event. By booking the experience, participants agree to the creation of image or video recordings of them and the use of these image or video recordings for the purpose of promoting this campaign in internal and external media such as Facebook, Instagram and on Priceless.com. In addition, the recordings may be passed on by Mastercard to third parties (e.g. influencers, bloggers) who work on behalf of Mastercard and used by them in their internal and external media (e.g. social media accounts). Participants can revoke this consent at any time without this having any influence on the use of the experience. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on consent before its withdrawal.
When using this experience, Cardholders agree to the transfer of their personal data to the Partner and other third parties necessary for the implementation of the experience.
During the experience the participants are allowed to take and forward photos / videos of themselves for private purposes, but any kind of recording and dissemination of the experience beyond that is prohibited.
Participants are obliged to observe existing statutory copyrights and other rights. They may not copy, distribute or make the content publicly available or remove technical protection measures or copyright or rights notices.
After booking the experience, the participants will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail. Participants must bring the confirmation in printed or digital form together with their Mastercard and a valid photo ID to the experience date.
With a further mail the participants receive additional information about the experience of the partner, if this should be necessary.
In case of non-participation in the booked appointment, there is no right to an alternative appointment or to a refund of any remuneration paid.
After the completion of the experience, the Partner and Mastercard will delete the personal data of the Participants on the basis of the data protection regulations.
The minimum age is 10 years.
For legal reasons, the booking of the experience must be made by a person of legal age. In this experience, the participation of children and teenagers is very welcome. However, it is required that at least one adult person participates in the experience as an accompanying person. If the adult accompanying person is not a legal guardian of the underage participant, a declaration of consent from the respective legal guardian is required.
Participation in the events is at your own risk and responsibility.
The maximum number of participants is 6 per event.
If the event cannot take place to the extent outlined due to unforeseen circumstances, the merchant reserves the right to cancel the event at short notice. In this case, any amount already paid will be fully refunded.
