    The 19th century historic building of voco Grand Central Hotel is located at the very heart of Glasgow city centre, directly adjoining central station.     Terms and Conditions

    This reward is eligible exclusively for IHG One Rewards members with a Mastercard residing in the following countries: Australia, Canada, Egypt, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Spain, Switzerland, UAE, United Kingdom, and the United States.

     

    All creative and Terms & Conditions must be submitted to and approved by the PEP Team as well as any properties (when relevant) prior to the launch of the promotion, at least fifteen (15) days prior to the start of the campaign. Most properties require a 5-day approval timeline.

     

    Guest information is due 4-6 weeks before the start of the program.  Guest information must be shared in a GDPR-compliant way by uploading information to an external third-party site like ShareFile, wetransfer.com, webcargo, etc. and sending the link to the PEP team. Should the deadline not be met, there may be an increase in flight costs, limited availability of preferred hotel room type and a suboptimal guest experience. The issuer is responsible for all cost overages. The PEP team will contact guests 24 hours after receipt of guest names and/or information forms unless market would like the team to hold off - if that is the case, please specify to a PEP team member. Guests are required to complete the Mastercard Go Hospitality Event Registration Form (digital platform) to register for the event and provide key information to support the program operation. Details such as hotel, restaurants and experiences will be provided no later than (4) weeks prior to the start of the program.  The program itinerary and details are at the discretion of the PEP team and are subject to change.

     

    Travel insurance is not included in package cost and it is the participants' responsibility to acquire such insurance, unless otherwise specified. Airfare is not included in package costs unless otherwise specified. If the PEP team are requested to manage airfare then guests will be booked on the best available flight options within the established PEP Package Confirmation.  Economy flights will be purchased unless Business Class is specifically requested. Should it be a requirement for all guests to travel together, it must be indicated to the Priceless Experiences Team.

     

    The PEP Team does not manage the visa application process; however, your assistance in following the guest information deadlines will help ensure you have enough time to secure visas for your guests. All visa questions and issues must be handled by the local market. Should a guest be denied a Visa, an alternate winner should be considered since the package remains nonrefundable.

     

    Prize packages (and associated tickets) are personal to the winner(s) and the sale or offering for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange of any tickets and/or part of any of the prize packages is strictly prohibited (without limitation, in person or online via an online auction website or online ticket resale marketplace) The Promoter reserves the right to cancel tickets and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

     

    Mastercard Priceless Experiences Terms and Conditions:

    This experience is exclusively for Mastercard cardholders. Limited quantities are available. Experience is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, for up to the maximum number of experiences per cardholder listed in the offer details. If you have met the eligibility requirements and receive an available spot for this experience, Mastercard will email you a confirmation of your purchase and an Octagon representative may contact you within [14] working days of purchase to provide further details.     Offer is non-refundable and subject to applicable taxes (for paid experiences). No returns, exchanges, substitutions, or cash redemptions permitted unless otherwise stated in these terms. Experience must be redeemed or scheduled (as applicable) by the deadline specified in the experience or confirmation email (as applicable).  Mastercard is not responsible for any cardholder or cardholder's guest (if applicable) transportation to or from the venue.

    A government-issued valid ID is required for admittance. Admission is subject to the restrictions and requirements of the seller, merchant, venue, and event organizers, as applicable. You may be required to complete a waiver and/or release prior to participation in the experience. Participants may also be required to wear masks, maintain social distance, and adhere to other rules related to Covid-19 regulations, including, but not limited to, mandatory quarantine. Please check local travel regulations related to Covid-19.

     

    Experience is for personal use only, is non-transferable, and may not be resold, (re)streamed, republished, or used by you for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any resale or attempt to resell, restream, or republish the experience by you is strictly prohibited and will be a breach of these terms and, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to us, may result in your experience and/or your Priceless account registration being canceled without prior notice or liability to you.

     

    Mastercard does not control responses provided by any third-party host or presenter of an experience, and statements made by any such parties, including, without limitation, brand ambassadors and celebrities, may not reflect the views of Mastercard. In addition, Mastercard does not endorse and is not making any recommendation regarding any products, services, or other material that may be presented or described by any such third party during the experience.

     

    Mastercard reserves the right to disqualify you from participating in this and any future experience if your behavior, including any communication via email or any other communication channel, is deemed inappropriate, harmful, harassing, illegal, offensive, or for any other reason is deemed to be inconsistent with any applicable terms of use or other policies of any applicable platforms or providers, in Mastercard's absolute and final discretion. If a cardholder's participation is denied for any of the reasons set forth in this provision, Mastercard will, time permitting, attempt to confirm the next qualifying cardholder.     Your participation in this experience constitutes your consent for Mastercard, its affiliates, and third parties on behalf thereof to use and publish your image and/or voice as captured by any audio or video recording, as well as your name, avatar, biographical data, questions, or any additional information that is provided by you in connection with this experience without any limitations of time, place, or content for Mastercard's promotional purposes, without compensation, except as required by law.

     

    You and your guest(s) agree that your personal data, such as first name, surname, email address, and phone number, are only processed for the purposes of participating in the experience, notifying the purchaser(s)/winner(s), and delivering the experience, and will be deleted no later than three (3) months after the conclusion of the experience. Mastercard and/or merchant, as applicable, may need to retain your personal data for longer where, for example, you have purchased a travel experience and will not be traveling until the following year. If you have provided your consent, we will use your email address to send you marketing communications.

     

    Mastercard reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify, reschedule, or change this experience or any aspect of it, if Mastercard determines, in its sole discretion, that the experience is not capable of being conducted as specified or is not advisable under the circumstances. This will apply in any of, but is not limited to, the following circumstances: force majeure events, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Mastercard or experience provider. If the experience is canceled, any amounts already paid by you will be fully reimbursed or the experience will be rescheduled, at Mastercard's discretion.

    IHG One Rewards Access Terms and Conditions

    Accommodations will be made on the winner's behalf for up to two guests with check-in on 19 July 2024 and check-out on 21 July 2024. Winner must present a valid form of payment at check-in for all incidentals. Winner must confirm that they are either at least 18 years of age, or at least one guest in the party will meet the minimum check-in age requirement (18) for the hotel upon arrival. Parking is not included in the package.

     

    To use the IHG One Rewards Access platform and participate in any Bid/Redeem Activity, a Member must have an IHG One Rewards account that is valid and in good standing and must also have a valid password and email address associated with their account. If this information is not updated in your IHG One Rewards membership profile, you will need to update the information prior to placing any bids or redeeming points for any of the experiences and other rewards ("Access Rewards") offered through IHG One Rewards Access.

     

    The IHG One Rewards Access program may be administered by an IHG company or by a third-party service provider retained by IHG, and the IHG One Rewards Access website may be operated by an IHG company or a third-party service provider retained by IHG.
