VIP IHG MLS EXPERIENCE FOR CHICAGO FIRE FC VS. INTER MIAMI CF MATCH AT CHICAGO'S SOLDIER FIELD

This reward is eligible for members residing in the following countries: Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and the United States.

Limit one (1) package redemption per member.  This includes all MLS packages on the Access platform for the October 4th MLS match in Chicago, IL, whether the package was redeemed instantly (Redeem Now) or from a traditional auction (Bid Now).

Accommodations will be made on the winner's behalf for up to two guests in a standard room with check-in on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, and check-out on Thursday, October 5, 2023. Winner must present a valid form of payment at check-in for all incidentals. Winner must confirm that they are either at least 21 years of age, or at least one guest in the party will meet the minimum check-in age requirement (21) for the hotel upon arrival. Parking is not included in the package

Tickets won on IHG One Rewards Access may be delivered as physical or electronic (digital) tickets. Physical tickets will be retrieved upon arrival to the venue at "Will Call" and digital tickets may be delivered via email or mobile app. Exact seat ticket location to be determined by IHG Hotels & Resorts and Soccer United Marketing, LLC in their sole discretion. Gift card(s) are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer.

To use the IHG One Rewards Access platform and participate in any Bid/Redeem Activity, a member must have an IHG One Rewards account that is valid and in good standing and must also have a valid password and email address associated with their account. If this information is not updated in your IHG One Rewards membership profile, you will need to update the information prior to placing any bids or redeeming points for any of the experiences and other rewards ("Access Rewards") offered through IHG One Rewards Access.    

The IHG One Rewards Access program may be administered by an IHG company or by a third-party service provider retained by IHG, and the IHG One Rewards Access website may be operated by an IHG company, or a third-party service provider retained by IHG. By using the IHG One Rewards Access website and participating in any Bid Now or Redeem Now Activity, a member is agreeing to share their IHG One Rewards account/member number and their email and phone number in their IHG One Rewards account profile with IHG and any such third-party service providers.  

To redeem points for an Access Reward, you must have sufficient points available in your IHG One Rewards account to cover the number of points needed as published on the IHG One Rewards Access site.  Members who redeem points for an Access Reward will receive notification via email to the email address associated with their IHG One Rewards account. A member from the IHG One Rewards Access team will follow up, normally within 3 - 5 business days, via email to provide additional information.

A Member may not sell Access Rewards claimed or redeemed through IHG One Rewards Access, and may not re-market, resell, transfer, donate, or otherwise dispose of an Access Reward without obtaining IHG's prior written consent. Any attempted or completed sale or barter of an Access Reward or any of its components, including but not limited to flight vouchers, hotel accommodations, event tickets, gift cards, or event access, will be null and void, and the Access Reward will be forfeited without any refund of points to the Member.
