Get fired up for the 4th as you attend a Miami Symphony Orchestra rehearsal of its MISO 4th of July Celebration on July 3, 2024, then watch the official concert on July 4 from VIP seats. This two-part experience begins at MISO's private rehearsal space in the Miami Design District, where you'll meet conductor Eduardo Marturet and select orchestra members and enjoy a rehearsal of the highest symphonic quality. The following day, you'll head to Peacock Park in Coconut Grove to attend the official Independence Day concert from VIP seats. Exclusively for Mastercard cardholders.

  4. Offer is non-refundable and subject to applicable taxes (for paid experiences). No returns, exchanges, substitutions or cash redemptions permitted.
  5. Mastercard is not responsible for guest transportation to or from the venue.
  6. Admission is subject to the restrictions and requirements of the venue and event organizers, as applicable. You may be required to complete a waiver and/or release prior to participation in the experience. Participants may also be required to wear masks, maintain social distance and adhere to other rules related to Covid-19 regulations, including, but not limited to, mandatory quarantine.   7. Experience is for personal use only, is non-transferable, and may not be resold, republished or used by you for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any resale or attempt to resell or republish the experience by you is strictly prohibited and will be a breach of these terms and, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to us, may result in your experience and/or your Priceless account registration being cancelled without prior notice or liability to you.

Mastercard does not control responses provided by any third party host or presenter of an experience, and statements made by any such parties, including without limitation, brand ambassadors and celebrities, may not reflect the views of Mastercard.   9. Mastercard reserves the right to disqualify you from participating in this and any future experience if your behavior, including any communication via email or any other communication channel, is deemed inappropriate, harmful, harassing, illegal, offensive or for any other reason is deemed to be inconsistent with any applicable terms of use or other policies of any applicable platforms or providers, in Mastercard's absolute and final discretion. If a cardholder's participation is denied for any of the reasons set forth in this provision, Mastercard will, time permitting, attempt to confirm the next qualifying cardholder. The rights in this provision are in addition to any other rights or remedies available to us and may also result in cancellation of your Priceless account registration.

Your participation in this experience constitutes your consent for Mastercard, its affiliates and third parties on behalf thereof to use and publish your image and/or voice as captured by any audio or video recording, as well as your name, avatar, biographical data, questions or any additional information that is provided by you in connection with this experience without any limitations of time, place or content for Mastercard's promotional purposes, without compensation, except as required by law.
  11. Mastercard reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify, reschedule or change this experience or any aspect of it, if, at its sole discretion, the experience is not capable of being conducted as specified or is not advisable under the circumstances. This will apply in any of, but is not limited to, the following circumstances: force majeure events, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Mastercard or experience provider. If the experience is cancelled, any amounts already paid by you will be fully reimbursed or the experience will be rescheduled, at Mastercard's discretion.
  12. By participating, you agree that Mastercard, experience provider and their designees and assigns and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives and agents shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or death to you or any other person (including any guests), including, without limitation, damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or participation in this experience.
