Get to know artist Peter Reginato during a private studio visit

Thank you for considering the "Meet & Greet Celebrity Artists" experience offered by Orange York. Your participation in this experience is subject to the following terms and conditions:
Participant Agreement: By participating in the VIP Art Experience with Peter Reginato, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Booking and Availability: Bookings for the experience are subject to availability and must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Orange York reserves the right to accept or reject any booking request at its discretion.
Age Requirement: Participants must be 16 years of age or older to join the VIP Art Experience.
Duration and Schedule: The VIP Art Experience entails a 45-minute live meeting with Peter Reginato, scheduled from Wednesday through Sunday, between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Participants must adhere to their scheduled time slot.
Location:: The meeting will occur at a designated location in New York City, preferably at the lobby of the participant's hotel, from where we will head to the artist studio in SoHo. Participants are responsible for arranging their transportation to and from the meeting point.
Interactive Conversation: Participants will engage in interactive conversations with Peter Reginato during the meeting, providing an opportunity to explore the stories and inspirations behind his artworks.
Exclusive Access: Participants will enjoy exclusive access to Peter Reginato's atelier during the meeting, enabling them to witness the artist's creative process firsthand and view his latest masterpieces before public display.
Reservation: Booking reservations can be made via email at info@OrangeYork.com or by calling 646-752-0190. All bookings are subject to confirmation by Orange York.
Payment: Payment for the VIP Art Experience must be made in full at the time of booking. Orange York accepts payment via the specified methods provided during booking.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: All sales are final. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled meeting time will not be eligible for rescheduling. A one-time rescheduling courtesy may be granted, subject to Orange York's discretion.
Punctuality: Participants are granted a 15-minute tolerance for lateness from the agreed-upon meeting time. After this period, the tour will be canceled without refund.
Non-Transferability: The VIP Art Experience is non-transferable under any circumstances. Names provided at the time of booking cannot be changed, and additional participants cannot be added for security reasons.
Liability: Participants attend the VIP Art Experience at their own risk, and Orange York shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the event.
Modification: Orange York reserves the right to modify or cancel the VIP Art Experience, including changes to the schedule, location, or featured artist, due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control.
Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and courteously during the VIP Art Experience. Disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of the experience without refund.
Privacy: Orange York respects the privacy of its participants and will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Yor
